This Privacy Policy explains how Anaya Communication Private Limited, trading as PWR Willow ("PWR Willow", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit pwrwillow.com or place an order with us.

This Policy is written to be consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the associated Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules, which currently govern how we handle your personal data, and to align with the direction of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Certain provisions and rules under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are being brought into force in stages by the Government of India. We do not claim in this Policy that every obligation under that Act is already fully in force; where a specific DPDP-based right or obligation has not yet commenced, we still apply the equivalent protection as a matter of our own practice, and we will update this Policy as further provisions come into effect.

• payment information, which is handled by our payment gateway partners — we do not store your full card details ourselves
